Our practitioners are committed to helping you. In return, we ask you to be committed to your appointments. We expect you to arrive on time, and not to change or cancel appointments at short notice. We will allocate an appointment at a convenient date and time, and will endeavour to keep this consistent. Please appreciate that as self employed practitioners, when you book an appointment you are reserving our time. If you change or cancel an appointment at short notice, it leaves us with a gap that cannot be filled. Not only does this impact us financially, it impacts our clinic schedule and our ability to allocate appointments to people who need them.
Payment can be made in full at the time of booking a treatment plan or individually at the end of treatment. If you have private health insurance, we will provide a written receipt for you to forward to your provider. Our treatments are covered by BHSF, Simply Health, Axa and Bupa.
