The medium that we will apply to your skin will depend entirely upon your preferences. We can use any kind of consumable oil such as olive oil, almond oil or rapeseed oil, or, we can use specialist anti-allergy lotions or pre-mixed massage creams, waxes and oils.

For the health and safety of you and your baby, you will lie either face up or on you side for most of the massage. If you’re currently sleeping on your front at home, then there is no reason you cannot lie in this position during the massage.
